Cannot Start Application

Unsure what actions I took to get to this point and am unable to reproduce due to the application instantly crashing. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall it.

What I remember is that I somehow managed to accidently move one of the project tabs on top of the others. I could not figure out how to get it back and only managed to get it so that I was only seeing the top view without any tabs. I tried clicking around into one of the dropdown menus and selected a button titled "versions". This is when the app crashed and I was unable to restart it.
