New CarPlay Implementation & Player Settings

• Update CarPlay support for more stability and additional functionality to the Now Playing screen
• Add more settings for player controls that modifies the player screen:
  • Toggle between showing bookmarks or chapters with the list button
  • Toggle between showing the remaining time or the total duration of a book
  • Toggle between using the times of the current chapter, or the entire book
