0.10.0 - A Friday the 13th Release

This update includes new features, dependency changes, translation updates, and more.

Changes: ✨

• New: Added option to Export, Import, Open and List the application's settings.
  • Useful for restoring app settings after a clean install of Windows or copying settings to another machine.
  • See the Settings File topic in the Readme.txt file for more information.
  • These options can be found by navigating to Settings and scrolling down to Settings File.
  • Thanks to @CMTriX for the suggestion!
• New: The list of translations on the About page now has a column showing translation percentage (compared to the en-US language file).
• New: Added method to compare language file keys.
  • Start TimVer in a language other than English (en-US).
  • Use Ctrl+Shift+K to compare.
  • Comparison results can be found in the log file. Scroll to the bottom if needed.
• New: Added info icon to Language Settings that references the previous item.
• New: Added NerdBank.GitVersioning package as a replacement for GitVersion.MsBuild package.
• New: Added CommandLineArgumentsParser package as a replacement for CommandLineParser package.
• Updated: Italian language updates by @bovirus Italian language update #71 and Italian language update #73
• Updated: Dutch language updates by CMTriX Dutch update? #75
• Updated: Spanish language updates by me. I use on-line translation services for the Spanish updates. If anyone would care to update the Spanish translations, please contact me.
• Updated: The readme.txt file has been updated to cover the latest changes.
• Updated: Code optimizations and UI Tweaks.
• Updated: Bumped CommunityToolkit.Mvvm from 8.3.2 to 8.4.0
