Accordion component

The accordion component could be improved to:

1. Have more control over the style properties, such as padding, so far we need to overwrite the styles to accomplish this.
2. Have its own skeleton component to avoid custom implementation.
3. Have control over the events, when the card is expanded and when is not, to allow us to capture that event and execute some actions, for instance, change icon colores when the card body is exposed.
