GTA LCS PS2 PC Control

I finished all VCS game with PC Controls enabled
It went smoothly
Tried to copy and adapt this PC Control for LCS but it does not work after build
Maybe can you update or provide some advices?
It would be perfect to have same PC Controls in emulator for LCS on PS2 version

If you finished VCS with the PC controls beta, can you tell me what the recruit button (normally R3) is?
I'm stuck at "To Victor, the Spoils" because of it

Sorry, I do not remember exactly. Was looking through all the keys and found. Maybe CapsLock, maybe Number 3 or something like that
