GTA SA DE Plane Camera Movement

In issue #1667 you mention that you replace the on foot camera with the aiming camera. Would it be possible to apply the same concept to when you are in a plane? Currently, the game does not allow you to adjust your camera Y axis in a plane, but if it had the same camera as a normal vehicle, then maybe it would work.
