We have an npm org -- https://www.npmjs.com/package/@thestanforddaily/archives-web.

We need to:

give access to this npm org to some people other than just me and Yifei
maybe remove the npm org because it's an unnecessary extra thing to keep track of -- we could just use it locally in the archives-scripts and archives-web repo instead of having to publish it to npm.
