It is not very likely, but this paper has been seen before. I believe it can make it to C++20, if I try very, very hard.

Why does the Name has C++29 instead of C++26?

What about "#embed" for C23 compatibility?

This is a C++-only proposal that uses a standard library magic function. #embed has already been processed for C23 and is fine, and is going through C++'s wording group as we speak.
