Doing a 3 position, 2 timepoints acquisition, with 2 channels selected.

Currently images as follows:

Position 0, Timepoint 0, Channel 0, Channel 1, Timepoint 1, Channel 0, Channel 1, Position 1...

Typically, it should be more like this:
Position 0, Timepoint 0, Channel 0, Channel 1, Position 1, Timepoint 0, Channel 0, Channel 1...

We should discuss how to implement this. We can either have it be hardcoded to what I say, or we could have it so that someone could choose the priority of axis (channel, position, time).

Also, the time interval is not updating. It always stays at 0. This should also account for if it is a multi position acquisition.

Also, when I glanced at the software with @EvoleneP, it seems like we are acquiring an extra z-stack when we are imaging z-stacks in a Timelapse mode.
