Apply modifications to nested .md files not just README.md in root of repo

The following repo was scanned over the weekend and it appears that only the README.md in the root of the repo was analyzed.

There are a number of nested .mds that are also included in this repo at the following location that were not included. It would be cool if the tool could scan all .md files (nested or not) during analysis.

Oh - cool idea!

The tool currently uses the GET Readme API which returns the repositories main Readme.md file.

We could probably do some recursive logic to comb the entire repo for all Markdown files. I'll see if it's possible!
