Rich documentation needs updating

According to the Read the Docs builds, the last successful build for the 'stable' version was back in September 2023.

The 'latest' version also hasn't been updated recently, which unfortunately means that the search functionality is still broken.

@willmcgugan Sorry for the ping, but I was reminded of this issue again when I found the Live documentation is now out of date on the 'latest' version of the docs.

The 'stable' version of the docs is also now coming up to being two years out of date.

Unfortunately since the search functionality is still broken on the 'latest' version, I'm often reverting back to the 'stable' version to search what I'm looking for, which means then having to check the 'latest' to ensure that documentation isn't now out of date!

I don't know why the docs stopped building, as I changed nothing. Futzing around in the settings lead me to discover the "default branch" was not selected. It looks like it has built correctly now.
