Markdown report outputs steps which should not be shown

We should extend our test data to show this issue up on any report

Thanks for raising this.

The markdown report was created as a proof of concept: it lacks quite a few checks and might even be incomplete; but it seems like no one is using it. The whole report was broken for a few versions/months and no ones raised an eyebrow.

Not saying that we shouldn't fix the errors and issues; but perhaps it is not very critical.
