[Feature] Make Initialize Git optional

Sometimes as users we want to create a new start app into a monorepo with an existing github integration, the CLI always tries to initalize the git repository (or at least it says it does)

It would be great if we can choose if we want to do this or not

Additional context

There is a --no-git flag which I just found in the source code, but it would be really nice if the CLI asked you yes/no on the git init
