Update URL, Header & About with FINAL Name

finalize name because changing it later could cause a lot of work.

use own domain like lakesoftexas.org or subdomain of tnris.org like lakesoftexas.tnris.org?

@rwade2126 is checking to see what the url will be. would like to know before the end of the week or as soon as possible.

will it be a sub domain of tnris.org such as https://lakesoftexas.tnris.org or will it have it's own domain such as https://lakesoftexas.org? Just a reminder that we can set up the subdomain for free, but if we go with a new domain it will cost at least a coupe hundred dollars a year with a security cert.

Header and About sections of app can be updated now to "Lakes of Texas".
