Description of the issue:

  • Rhea and ModelSEED IDs for both mets and rxns are missing from current model.

I hereby confirm that I have:

  • Tested my code with all requirements for running the model
  • Done this analysis in the master branch of the repository
  • Checked that a similar issue does not exist already
  • If needed, asked first in the Gitter chat room about the issue

thanks for opening this! A good starting point here will be to move the already existing 61 SEED ids and 52 RHEA ids that are available in the model notes to the proper annotation fields, as highlighted in #226

@feiranl I can help to take care of it as previously i collect the rxn annotation from Rhea. I think it is easy to add the annotation information from Rhea and Modelseed in an easy way.

Based on the experience with Human-GEM, I can recommend using MNXref. Alternatively, BridgeDB might be worthwhile to look into.
