NPAtlas collection - annotation level

Hi,

First of all, thank you for providing such a wonderful platform with bunch of data!

I’m working with molecules on NPAtlas and I’m very excited to see the coconut has separate collection of molecules that are dedicated to NPAtlas with annotation level.

I have two questions:

1. Is there any way I can only import molecular information on NPAtlas? The “Download Collection (SDF)” at the NPAtlas page (https://coconut.naturalproducts.net/search?type=tags&q=NPAtlas&tagType=dataSource) is not working at the moment. When I click on the download button, it gives me this error message:



2. Is there any way I can download the “annotation level” information along with the other molecular information? I’m looking at "coconut_complete-10-2024.csv” and I don’t see any column with this information.
