Warnings stop publish

On my system, if I have any warnings in the code generated it will finish the compile but the publish to the raspberry will fail. I cannot figure out how to suppress them. Is there a setting somewhere in the code that would cause this?

Thanks for putting in the time on this fix. As I was using it however, I noted the following:

• if you have a large solution (lots of projects) where at least one project in the solution is not included in the dependency chain of the project you're going to execute on the Pi, then any errors in that unused dependency cause the download to fail.
• The other issue is that the Output window is slow to update (it does so in the background). So even though you may have fixed the error the 1st try to build/download will sometimes fail because the ErrorList.ErrorItems will have not been regenerated yet.

I've made changes to deal with these issues and still capture a build failure in this PR #18.
