Support for updating ip_lists for multiple supply tags #36

Hi,
As per the current documentation, there's no support to link a targetting list to multiple supply_tag_ids in a single API call.
Also there's no API support for checking which supply_tags is a list attached to.
Would you know if this will be prioritised anytime soon?
