[Ask] Modded Cosmic Shaders

Hello, I'm creating a modified Cosmic Shaders, with a rainbow effect!
I'm making this issue to know if I can use it in my public mod: Enzo's Plus mod
You can see how it's going here:

(Yes, it's not finished yet, I'll put a rainbow effect on the background too, or try to do that)
I'll give your credits on every place I can insert it!
