Magic class is a weapon that shoots some cool looking effect and has mana mechanic (number that depletes as you're shooting, goes from 100 to 0, naturally regenerates at a speed) + area of effect.
Example of Charge is preparing a bow.
Example of "Cooldown" is minigun mechanics, if you continuously shoot, it reaches a point where it overheats and you have to wait before using it. so you have to shoot every now and then and wait for it to cooldown.
