Merge branch 'v1.x' into rea-474 sbt --facts

Resolve version collision: origin/v1.x released 1.1.105 (coana 15.3.11), so
this branch's sbt --facts feature moves to 1.1.106. CHANGELOG keeps both
sections; package.json bumped to 1.1.106.
