Describe the bug
Streamlit app cannot be launched

Build and deploy Snowpark ML models using Streamlit and Notebooks in Snowflake

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow the tutorial steps to create the necessary resources '...'
Launch the Streamlit app (ML_SIODEKICK) '....'
See error

Expected behavior
The app should launch without an error.
