Inventory Panel Duplicates Ender Storage Chests and Tanks

Issue Description:

Inventory Panel duplicates Tanks and Chest from Ender Storage 1.8 when "colored" in panel crafting grid.

What you expected to happen:

Just to color code Tank/Chest

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Chest or Tank in Panel crafting grid
2. Place dye over item.
3. Click on product
4. Item is color coded and duplicated
   ...

Negative – No duplication in Crafter or Simple Crafter. Tested in creative. Hmmm, I never actually tested with EnderStorage (although I had it on my server before). I'll check it out and create a fix for it
