Is this outdated?

I've tried adding it to Reloaded II a few times like the insturctions described, but I don't see it on my mod list in Reloaded, so I can't tell if it's being installed. I also don't know how to actrivate it in game. I tried dragging it in Reloaded manually, the zip file and the extracted folders, but nothing happens. The square button (DS4/Dualsense) is not doing anything but what it was designed for in-game (IM/auto text), if that's actually what they meant.
