Support "Run Server Side Script" ATF Step (Author / Transform)

2 issues :
Currently i cannot author a new atf step of type "Run Server Side Script" using fluent sdk

the transform fails when the app has a server side script atf step configured manually

I get this error

[now-sdk] ERROR: Transform failed Cannot find a step matching config with id: 41de4a935332120028bc29cac2dc349a

Yes, this is currently missing in the 3.0 and before versions of the SDK. We have added this for the next release though but no way around this currently.
