Rewrite of Documentation structure

Update to Documentation structure to make it easier to find what you are looking for by putting containers into category's like:

• Communication
• Home automation
• Logging
• Dashboards
• Data storage

This allows a user to easily find the documentation that he is looking for

Sometimes you search by name, and such groupings are just a nuisance.
Maybe a page where some of the containers/stacks are introduced using such a grouping?
