Add tags from anidb does not work

Can you fix this please.

i'm using kodi 17 not sure if it happens on others.

General tagging broke and was removed due to the category and tag systems being merged on anidb, and it being too difficult to disentangle the ones being used for genres and the remainder.

It's still possible to add tags based on the original source, location, and audience categories.
