checkmark icon stays allways on same position

the checkmark is allways on the second image reagardless what is chosen, shouldnt it be on the first image? because that will hold always the actual layer anyway

Same here. Not sure if this is on purpose or not. I believe it is. But in this case I'd prefer to have just a minimal control visible while not expanded, not to cover too much of the map. Maybe just a title.
