Multi-line message expands under the keyboard (mobile)

Describe the bug

When message in the textarea takes two or more lines, it expands "under" the keyboard. Because of this, buttons under textarea can't be seen (have to click elsewhere to hide the keyboard and send the message).

Reproduction

1. Open any room and tap on the message input
2. Type message long enough to wrap to two or more lines
3. Watch the send button disappear
