The sigma for image grooming blur is in world units with a default of 2.0. This needs to be a dynamic value based on the image spacing so that it is not way too much or way too little depending on the spacing of the image.
We need to support absolute units as well, but an option should be given for a dynamic value (e.g. percentage of spacing).
