Reproduction steps

1.Use tab to focus on the first row of the table.
2.Keep arrowing down to the last column.
3.Keep arrowing up in the table and observe that table doesn't show the full first row.

Expected Behaviour

Table should scroll all the way when arrowing up in the reverse direction to display the full contents of first row
