Metadata not found error for Custom Mobile Client

We have successfully deployed a Custom client through mobile service application. The error we are seeing now in mobile screen is: "No Application metadata found. Please deploy your application and try again."

The message indicates the Mobile Services application does not have any MDK Metadata deployed to App Update and you did not include any metadata in your branded client. You can deploy your MDK metadata from BAS to the Mobile Services Application and check again.
