[BUG] Bedrock model identifier becomes invalid

When using AWS Bedrock's Claude 4 Sonnet,
I encountered a large number of errors stating:
“The provided model identifier is invalid.”

This error occurs in Roo Code 3.30.2 and above, but does not occur in Roo Code 3.30.1 and below.

Please tell me the model name.

Reproduction steps

1.Register profile information using the AWS CLI
2.Select “AWS Profile” in the provider settings and specify the registered profile name and Bedrock model name

Expected result

The name of the selected BedRock model is displayed.

Actual result

"The provided model identifier is invalid." is displayed in large numbers.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the AWS Bedrock Claude 4 Sonnet model identifier issue and will open a PR to share progress.

Opened PR #9183 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The fix ensures that Claude 4 Sonnet model identifiers are properly handled even when cross-region inference adds prefixes to the model ID. Feedback welcome!
