[Bug] Doesn't Handle Attachments Properly

What happened?

Currently, when a user tries to send a quick reply to a message that is an attachment without description, nothing happens. There is no feedback, which can be confusing. Instead of doing nothing, the system should notify the user that quick replies are not allowed for attachments which does not have description.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload any attachments without description.
2. Try /quick ai slash command

@VipinDevelops here you can see it does nothing , here we can show some error message like "Quick replies does not support attachments without a description. Please add a description to proceed. " using notify feature

Hi @sushen123 I think we can add the warning message for now cause its really confusing. In future if we implement this feature then we can remove the message.
