HowTo: Enable STT / TTS in telegram channel with Groq / Elevenlabs

Hi There,
i would like to ask for your help:
How to enable STT with Groq in telegram channel to talk to the assistant with Voice message.
How to let the assistant reply with elevenlabs TTS Voice streaming message, but only, if i send a voice message. If i text him, he should reply by text.

Is there a documentation for this case? 👍 could not find much related info for this.

TTS/STT are available via the text_to_speech and speech_to_text tools. Configure your provider key and the tools will be available to agents on Telegram channels.
