Examples pointing to unexisting vocabulary

Meanwhile we were having a look at https://www.researchobject.org/workflow-run-crate/profiles/provenance_run_crate/#representing-resource-usage in an ELIXIR STEERS meeting, I have realized that the referred vocabulary https://w3id.org/ro/terms/nf-trace does not exist.

Should the vocabulary be created, or the example be updated so it points to an existing vocabulary?

See #97. I changed the domain of the fictional terms to https://example.com and added a statement to the text in order to clarify that the terms are just for the purpose of giving an example. I set you as the PR's reviewer.
