code url formatting issue when repo name contains underscore

I suspect the URL needs to be wrapped in some way to avoid special characters becoming active.

Thanks for the report. I think it has been done in https://github.com/ReScience/articles/blob/master/article.py and maybe I forgot to update the template. I'll leave this issue open until it is updated.

I realize now that I should clarify that I'm using the overleaf template link (so it might be versions behind - I think this is what you're referring to above).
