The Blockly built-in blocks need updates to the block definitions to provide appropriate aria markup. This can be done after the APIs specified by #9654, #9656, #9657 etc have been done.
A comprehensive audit should be done on all built-in blocks.
This includes things like adding aria labels to dropdown fields, updating the aria type name if needed, and ensuring all images have alt text
