Add layer with parameters

Add an option where we can add a layer and it autofills parameters, e.g. we add "My Layer" and it'll automatically add "My Layer Thickness", "My Layer SLD", "My Layer Roughness" to the parameters.

can have option to be blank or autofill from ORSO SLDDB to do #62 ?
