Can't create a new custom model from the GUI #202
Description
When setting up a new custom layers fit, the user needs to make a new custom file.
A new project starts as Standard Layers, but when we change this to Custom Layers, and click 'Add New Custom File', it adds a row to the table, but there there is no way of creating a new file from here - 'Edit File' is greyed out, and the only option is to browse for an existing file...
We need the users to be able to create a new, empty custom file from the GUI.
