the value for an app_commands.Choice seems to be limited by Javascript's Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER

I was trying to use a role.id as a value in the app_command.Choice object but it just would not work.

I was able to do some trial and error to see that the the max number that can be used for a app_command.Choice's value is 9007199254740991 and given that the role IDs tend to be in the range of 1152692433361047672, I now see why my code was not working.

My question is two-fold:

1. Is this a limitation imposed by this library [which seem unlikely since it's a Python library] or is there some technical limitation going on because of discord's own API?
2. If it is because of discord's own API limitations, How can I contact them to let them know of this bug in case they are not aware of it? i somehow doubt a support ticket would get any attention over there.
