I'm going to address this soon - I'm likely going to use the actual UPS API 
rather than parsing their results page.

Sad to see this hasn't been updated yet :(

In order to use the UPS API, I'm assuming you need to register for an account. 
Do you know where to do this? I'd like to take a stab at getting UPS 
implemented in this code.
