Example: check the number of cells for E-GEOD-109979 in the SCEA browser and on the SCEA website.

The number we show is correct. There is some processing that EBI does that can drop cells. Unfortunately, they don't give us access to the processed files. This is most noticeable in E-CURD-7, where we report 867 cells and they report 808. The actual matrix has 867.
