Ctrl+[ no longer remaps to Esc

With vim mode turned on, as of today, hitting Ctrl+[ no longer has the same effect as hitting escape (e.g., moving out of insert mode). Escape still works fine. I suspect this is do to a change in the TS Playground, as it doesn't look like this plugin has changed recently.

I have tested on Mac/Windows and Chrome/Edge with the same result.

CTRL+c doesn't work as well. I'll try to create a PR to fix this.
