Setup logs websocket #262
Description
The quantity of post requests in experiments with high log frequency causes issues with servers sometimes refusing to handle some. Support for websocket seems now warranted. In addition, this may help with properly updating run interruptions which remains unreliable at the moment.
This also calls for a rewrite of log-api, and moving away from express-openapi-validator (c.f. #245) in favor of a zod-based api since the websocket will need zod schemas for validation.
