What is affected by this bug?

POI Manager, when loading a saved ROI

When does this occur?

When trying to load a saved ROI there are errors about converting strings to floats.

Where on the platform does it happen?

POI Manager logic

How do we replicate the issue?

Obvious...

Expected behavior (i.e. solution)

Should just work
