Any attempt to do clock-synchronised counting without an NI card. Specifically we need to be able to use the TimeTagger as a counter for ODMR and confocal scanning.

We need a new HW interface for "triggered counter". We also need to add some new methods to the Swabian Instruments TimeTagger hw module. This will mean that the TimeTagger module satisfies multiple interfaces (like the NI X-series module currently does).
