Pyodide build failures in CI

Saw this failure twice in a row, not sure what's happening there. From this CI log, after the test suite passed:

Hi @rgommers, I thought that this was related to the Pyodide-side known error about pytest's cacheprovider built-in plugin not working, but looking at the logs, it's apparently different (probably on the cibuildwheel side since the test suite passed?). We should update our cibuildwheel version and thus stop publishing Pyodide 2024 ABI wheels anyway, since we only support the 2025 and 2026 ABIs now. I'll take a look.
