Suggestion: context menu entry for adding to entrust plan, and also support for adding individual items to the entrust plan via fast additional/removal

Adding individual items to the plan is kind of clunky given that you need to get it's category, then find it in the list of items. That system is nice for some items (dyes, where I'd just store them all), but not for some (the various types of ingredients, where many are just worthless). If it behaved like the soft/hard lists I could just scan my retainer inventories with fast addition and add all the existing items that way
