Send tracking for IPFS-hosted ProtoSchool visitors to production version in Countly #634

We're currently only sending stats captured at https://proto.school to our production version of Countly, so that tests done through Fleek previews or on localhost will go to our test dashboard.
While we haven't enabled DNS link yet and don't expect much traffic via IPFS Companion, etc. at present, we should go ahead and set up tracking to find URLs that include "proto.school" so that the production dashboard will also capture any traffic from folks accessing our site via other IPFS pathways.
